Shipping costs

CEP service provider

All orders for goods up to 30 KG in weight are within the CEP service provision area. We have defined a minimum flat rate shipping fee based on the country of dispatch.

Freight forwarding service provider

Order for goods over 30 KG in weight are within the freight forwarding service provision area. We have defined a minimum flat rate shipping fee based on the country of dispatch.

Should the shipping costs for the individual articles ordered exceed the minimum flat rate shipping fee, the total shipping costs for all articles ordered applies automatically.

Please note:

1) Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method selected.
2) The stated shipping times include the time from placing the order to handover to the shipping service provider.

The motan group uses the delivery term “ex works”.
This means that we can no longer have any influence on the delivery time once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.

However, you will receive a tracking link which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

Please note that for deliveries to Estonia, Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania, there is a maximum order limit of up to 1,400 kg per order. If you wish to order larger quantities, please contact us at shop@motan.com.

Types of shipping

You can choose between two different types of shipping (Standard and Express) in the motan group Online Shop:

Monday - Thursday

Friday

CEP

Incoming orders before 1 PM

Goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day

Incoming orders before 10 AM

Goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day

Freight forward

Handover to forwarding agent within 1-3 working days after receipt of order

Please note:

The delivery time of the shipping service provider is determined by the choice of destination region and the selected shipping method (standard shipping or express shipping).

Working days: Monday – Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays

Sofort (bank transfer): This payment method is only available in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Switzerland.
