sCOLOR V-G32 set

Volumetric additive dosing unit, to dose one additive directly into the free-flowing material flow of one main component. The unit is directly mounted onto the feed throat of the processing machine. One dosing module can be fitted to the compact mixing neck.
Equipped with a modern microprocessor control 7'' colour graphic display for one volumetric additive dosing unit with one dosing module and following features:
- Throughput monitoring with report function
- The operating language can be selected
- Automatic adjustment of the dosing time to the plasticization time of the processing machine
- Injection moulding and extrusion operating modes
- Recipe function with max. 99 recipes.

G32 dosing capacity: 6.6 – 200 kg/h (bulk density 0.8 kg/dm³) The actual dosing rate is always dependent on the material.
